Changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order
Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective

Product Representations

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However:

Colors and appearance may vary due to screen settings and device types
We do not guarantee that product colors or quality will exactly match what appears on your screen
Product descriptions are subject to change without notice

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities offered to any person, region, or jurisdiction.

Shipping Address Accuracy

📦 You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for:

Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses
Packages returned as undeliverable
Additional shipping costs for reshipment

Risk of Loss

Once we transfer your order to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at cs@nursecrush.com within 7 days — we're here to help.

SECTION 5 - RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our return and refund policy is governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
