At NurseCrush, every item is made with love and purpose — to celebrate the dedication and heart of nurses everywhere. Because our products are made-to-order, please allow a bit of time for us to craft and deliver them to you with care.
⏱️ Processing Time
- Production time: 1–3 business days
- Each item is printed individually after your order is placed. This helps us reduce waste and keep your gear special and personal.
🚚 Shipping Costs
United States 🇺🇸
- Orders $100+: FREE Standard Shipping (5-10 business days)
- Orders under $100: Standard Shipping $11.99
- Express Shipping: $32.95 (3-5 business days)
International Orders 🌍
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight
- Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7-15 business days

- Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes as determined by their country's regulations
- Additional charges imposed by local customs or postal services
- NurseCrush is not responsible for customs delays or additional government-imposed charges
Note: Shipping times may be slightly longer during peak seasons (Nurse Week, holidays, etc.)
📦 Order Tracking
- All orders include tracking
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
- Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after shipment

- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier delays or issues
- Customs processing times
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
- Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date — we'll work with you to make it right.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, customers will be responsible for reshipping costs.
- PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Boxes within the United States. International PO Box shipping may have limitations.
