At NurseCrush, every item is made with love and purpose — to celebrate the dedication and heart of nurses everywhere. Because our products are made-to-order, please allow a bit of time for us to craft and deliver them to you with care.


⏱️ Processing Time

  • Production time: 1–3 business days
  • Each item is printed individually after your order is placed. This helps us reduce waste and keep your gear special and personal.

🚚 Shipping Costs

United States 🇺🇸

  • Orders $100+: FREE Standard Shipping (5-10 business days)
  • Orders under $100: Standard Shipping $11.99
  • Express Shipping: $32.95 (3-5 business days)

International Orders 🌍

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight
  • Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7-15 business days
  • International customers are responsible for:
    • Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes as determined by their country's regulations
    • Additional charges imposed by local customs or postal services
  • NurseCrush is not responsible for customs delays or additional government-imposed charges

Note: Shipping times may be slightly longer during peak seasons (Nurse Week, holidays, etc.)


📦 Order Tracking

  • All orders include tracking
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
  • Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after shipment

Important Notes

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
    • Carrier delays or issues
    • Customs processing times
    • Weather conditions or natural disasters
    • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
  • Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date — we'll work with you to make it right.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, customers will be responsible for reshipping costs.
  • PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Boxes within the United States. International PO Box shipping may have limitations.
