Welcome to NurseCrush.

NurseCrush is owned and operated by AETICON LLC, a U.S.-registered company based in Sheridan, Wyoming.

Throughout these Terms, the terms “NurseCrush,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to NurseCrush and AETICON LLC where applicable.

By visiting our website, using our services, or purchasing a product from NurseCrush, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our:

SECTION 1 – ABOUT NURSECRUSH

NurseCrush is an online apparel and accessories brand serving nurses, healthcare professionals, and related customers.

NurseCrush primarily operates on a made-to-order model. Products are produced after an order is placed rather than being held as finished inventory.

Production and fulfillment may be handled through specialized production and fulfillment partners depending on the product and delivery destination.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services.

SECTION 2 – ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that:

You are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or jurisdiction of residence
The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
You are legally authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order
You will use our website only for lawful purposes

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity conducted through your account.

Please notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

Made-to-Order Products

Most NurseCrush products are made after an order is placed.

Because production may begin shortly after purchase:

Order cancellation or modification requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase
Requests submitted after production has begun may not be possible to complete
Personalized and custom-made products are subject to additional restrictions described in our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information about:

Product type
Material composition
Available sizes
Measurements
Colors
Designs
Personalization options
Care instructions where applicable

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, size guide, selected options, and personalization information before placing an order.

Product Appearance

Product images are intended to represent the item as accurately as reasonably possible.

However, minor differences may occur because of:

Screen and device settings
Production methods
Printing processes
Material characteristics
Normal manufacturing variation

Such minor differences do not necessarily mean that a product is defective.

SECTION 4 – PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

Products containing customer-provided:

Names
Photos
Text
Dates
Images
Custom wording
Other personalization

are produced specifically for that customer.

Personalized and custom-made products are considered FINAL SALE except where the product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is produced incorrectly compared with the order information submitted by the customer.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing:

Spelling
Capitalization
Names
Dates
Images
Custom text
Size
Color
Design selection

before completing an order.

Personalized products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged because of:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selected by the customer
Incorrect color or design selected by the customer
Incorrect personalization information provided by the customer
Customer preference regarding the completed personalized item

If NurseCrush or our production partner makes an error, the issue will be handled according to our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.

SECTION 5 – ORDERS

Placing an Order

When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products according to these Terms.

An order is considered accepted when:

Payment has been successfully processed; and
An order confirmation has been issued.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including situations involving:

Payment failure
Suspected fraud
Pricing or product information errors
Product unavailability
Technical errors
Violation of these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for checking all order details before checkout, including:

Product
Size
Color
Design
Quantity
Personalization
Shipping address

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

SECTION 6 – ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Cancellation or modification requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase.

To request a cancellation or change, contact:

and include your order number.

Because NurseCrush products are primarily made to order, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once production has begun.

If a cancellation is approved before production, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

SECTION 7 – PRICING, PAYMENTS, AND TAXES

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on NurseCrush are in U.S. dollars (USD).

The price charged for a product will be the price shown at checkout when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Customers are responsible for:

Product charges
Applicable shipping fees
Applicable sales taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country where applicable

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Customers agree to provide valid and accurate billing and payment information.

Payment information is processed through secure third-party payment providers. NurseCrush does not store full payment card information on its own servers.

SECTION 8 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping options, estimated delivery times, shipping charges, and other delivery information are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Delays may occur because of circumstances including:

Carrier delays
Customs processing
Weather conditions
Service disruptions
High-volume periods
Events outside our reasonable control

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you discover an address error, contact us as quickly as possible.

Once an order has entered production or shipping, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Additional costs caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer may be the customer's responsibility.

SECTION 9 – LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery timeframe has passed, please contact us so we can review the tracking information and assist with an investigation.

If a shipment is confirmed lost, NurseCrush will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Shipping and Refund Policies.

If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the damage

SECTION 10 – RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS

Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by our full Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.

The following summary is provided for convenience.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Products

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

If an approved issue was caused by NurseCrush or our production partner, NurseCrush will provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer.

Non-Personalized Products

Eligible non-personalized products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions stated in our Return Policy.

Where a return results from:

Incorrect size selected by the customer
Incorrect color or design selected by the customer
Change of mind

the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for customer-initiated returns.

Personalized Products

Personalized and custom-made products are final sale.

They cannot be returned or exchanged because of customer selection errors, incorrect personalization submitted by the customer, or change of mind.

This restriction does not apply when the product is damaged, defective, misprinted, or produced incorrectly by NurseCrush or our production partner.

Restocking Fees

NurseCrush does not charge restocking fees for approved returns.

SECTION 11 – REFUND PROCESSING

Once a refund has been approved, NurseCrush will process the refund within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.

After NurseCrush submits the refund, the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear.

This additional processing time is controlled by the financial institution and is outside NurseCrush's control.

SECTION 12 – EXCHANGES

NurseCrush does not currently offer direct exchanges.

For eligible non-personalized products, customers who need another size, color, or design may:

Request an eligible return
Follow the return instructions provided by our support team
Place a new order for the preferred item

Personalized and custom-made products cannot be exchanged because of customer selection errors or change of mind.

If NurseCrush or our production partner makes an error, we may provide a replacement at no additional cost.

SECTION 13 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, content owned by NurseCrush, including:

Brand elements
Original artwork
Graphics
Website content
Product descriptions
Logos
Photographs
Design assets

is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use our website and content for personal, non-commercial purposes only unless written permission has been provided.

You may not, without authorization:

Copy or reproduce protected content for commercial purposes
Resell or redistribute our digital content
Use NurseCrush trademarks or branding without permission
Create unauthorized derivative commercial works
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or systems

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of NurseCrush intellectual property to the user.

SECTION 14 – CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT

Customers may submit reviews, comments, photographs, or other content where those features are available.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

You have the right to submit it
It does not violate applicable laws
It does not infringe third-party rights
It is not intentionally false, fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading

Where permitted by law, you grant NurseCrush permission to use submitted reviews or content for operating and promoting our business.

We may remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our platform rules.

SECTION 15 – PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the NurseCrush website or Services to:

Commit fraud
Violate applicable law
Infringe intellectual property rights
Upload viruses or malicious software
Attempt unauthorized system access
Interfere with website operation
Harvest personal information unlawfully
Impersonate another person or organization
Submit deliberately false or misleading information
Engage in abusive or harmful behavior toward other users or our staff

We may restrict access to our Services when these Terms are violated.

NurseCrush is not responsible for third-party websites or services that are outside our control.

Our ecommerce store is hosted by Shopify.

Shopify provides the platform used to operate the online store, but purchases made through NurseCrush are transactions between the customer and NurseCrush.

Shopify may process certain customer information as part of providing its services.

SECTION 18 – PRIVACY

Personal information collected through NurseCrush is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that certain information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate:

SECTION 19 – ERRORS AND CORRECTIONS

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate.

If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we will take reasonable steps to notify the affected customer and provide an appropriate resolution.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NurseCrush does not guarantee that:

The website will always be uninterrupted or error-free
All technical problems will be corrected immediately
Digital displays will reproduce product colors exactly

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, guarantee, consumer protection, or other right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

SECTION 21 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NurseCrush and AETICON LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in this section removes any statutory consumer rights that apply to a customer.

SECTION 22 – INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NurseCrush and AETICON LLC from claims or losses arising directly from:

Your unlawful use of our Services
Your material breach of these Terms
Your infringement of third-party rights

This section does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer law.

SECTION 23 – SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

We may restrict or terminate access to our website or Services if a user:

Violates these Terms
Engages in fraud or unlawful activity
Attempts to interfere with our systems
Abuses our Services

Termination does not affect obligations or rights that arose before termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to AETICON LLC in the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer's jurisdiction provide otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights a customer may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

SECTION 26 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

SECTION 27 – WAIVER

Failure by NurseCrush to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

SECTION 28 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our:

Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
Shipping Policy

constitute the agreement governing your use of NurseCrush's Services, subject to any additional terms disclosed during checkout or required by applicable law.
